Vortech SC Results.
Just another thread for people thinking about pulling the trigger on getting the Vortech SC.
'04 RXP with PPG Level 1, nopas, Worx grate, Riva SC Impeller, PPG (non-resonated) Power pipe.. 50 hours on the engine now
Temp 83 for both lake and air, elevation 780MSL, pressure 30.11...
With 4 bars of fuel, and a new wear ring, the boat is unreal now, before I was able to maybe spin 7900-7950, and stock I never saw 7900, I now just run right up to 8100, and bump 8150.
The throttle is so tight now, in my mind, this is a must do mod.
On a side note, the mechanic tested the clutch slippage at 68 in/lbs, which is right in the middle of the cltuches tolerance.

I know what you mean about the acceleration of the SC impeller. I got mine from Richard and now I have to put the stock SC impeller back on. In the Limited class i can not run it next week in Nashville. Dam I hate that but it does pull hard. It pulls stank out of Shit. LOL
