    Take your Ski's on vacation

This might sound like a crazy idea, but my wife and I were just discussing how great it would be to take our wave runners on vacation with us to florida.
The problem is I live in Wisconsin. Has anyone every paid a freight company to move their skis before? How much you think it would cost me round trip?

We were hoping to ride them up and down the coast in the gulf of mexico.

Again, I know this probably a dumb idea, but I though i'd put it out there.

Why not just drive down there? Extend your vacation by 4 days and plan on 2 days travel each way... besides you can see all the cool stuff on the way.

Not a dumb idea at all. I think it would be easier to drive down and pull them though. If you don't have something that can pull both skis that far maybe consider renting a vehicle. Would still probably be cheaper than paying to ship them to FL and back.

another thing to think about. Are you just staying in one place or traveling around florida. If traveling you will need to trailer them somehow down here. Would you just dock them and leave in water over night? etc?
