    96 Modded Seadoo GSX

    I hate to sell my favorite toy but due to financial problems at home, I need to help out my parents, times are hard and unemployment is now to %10. in my area, my price is fair, it will include a galvanized trailer and a cover, this ski has never been dogged, or jumped or abused, shipping arrangements can me made, i can find or build a crate.
    i'm asking 2,800. firm, i need to help my dad pay his bills.

    1996 Seadoo gsx

    Mods:

    aftermarket rideplate
    R&D Reduction nozzle
    R&D Intake Grate
    Solas 17/24
    sponsons
    New wear ring, and pump oil.
    lightened flywheel and balanced
    hot rods crank.
    fresh top end about 30 hrs
    135 on both cylinders checked on oct 6
    riva, finger throttle.
    K&N single flame arrestor.
    Coffman Pipe.
    Upgraded fuel lines,
    lightened pto flywheel
    this ski has no cavitation on holeshot, i upgraded to the seal carrier,
    it can pull a 2 person tube and a wakeboarder,
    I outran a 951 and a newer yamaha ski.
    if it doesnt sell i'l put it on ebay.

    Are those stock carbs with a different jetting?

    i bought it like this from a friend. not sure if they are jetted,carbs look stock, but engine runs strong

    46 mph??? I sure hope that's a typo!

    Wait, that's gotta be a typo or a broken GPS Unit man.. I took out my bone stock 97 SPX and it ran 55.3 mph.

    it was not glass water. it was kinda choppy.
    i just got the gps last week and only took the ski out once

    I'm not trying to flame you, but if you claim to have a modded 787 that only runs 46 mph, you should expect some comments. That speed is horrible. People will assume the machine runs bad. NOT SAYING IT DOES RUN BAD, but get a reading on smooth water to advertise how fast it will run.

    You should be running over 60mph with your setup.

    I wish you luck in selling you ski.

    Yeah, that threw me off. We're only tryin to help bud! Run it on glass water and try the gps again. It should be well over 60 mph
