    homemade thru-hull system?

    as above has anyone made their own thru hull system?and pics if possible?
    i just think for the money of the riva kit you could buy/fab the oe block-off plate,buy a good exhaust tip and make a good system up.

    I made one years ago for my RXP, used all the original hoses and outlets...I used the OPAS blockoff to plug the exhaust outlet, and ran my exhaust out the side...

    Yess this is great! Cant wate to start on this looking for tips to put out each side so it looks real good then on to stacys rxt will keep opas in im thinking custom tips out the side.

    I ran this home made pipe on a gutted stock box, but ran it out the back with thru hull tip.

    I glassed in the old exhaust hole up and made a cover to make sure it never leaks.

    what did it run like with the blanked off end?is the long pipe the oe pipe that goes to resonator just cut up a bit?

    looks a pretty good job.id def be going with it in the rear.
