    Parts crankshaft 1200 genesis

    I am looking to find the best place to get a crankshaft rebuild kit and gaskets and seals kit or a rebuilt crankshaft for a 2002 1200 FI .

    Welcome

    I think all the 1165cc engines (aka the red '1200' engine) are the same, as far as crank shafts are concerned. Both carb and fuel injected.

    Do you have the equipment to do your own crank rebuild?

    You can purchase new Polaris OEM parts from a number of sources, including these;
    Polaris PWC Parts Sources

    You can check Polaris original part numbers here;
    Polaris Industries Parts cross-reference and diagrams

    If you are looking for companies that know how to rebuild a Polaris crank, look here;

    I bought a brand new O.E.M. crankshaft off an ebay seller who i just looked up and is still selling them for $600.00 or best offer. I made an offer for either $500.00 or $525.00 and got mine for $540.00 shipped.
    I think that would be the cheapest route and there is no core needed. My ski runs excellent with the new crankshaft.

    Link to the seller's eBay store?
