HE plates 16 or 30 plate???

Which heat exchanger do you guys recommend, the 16 or 30 plate for a stock motor in the gprxp. I may eventually go with an aftermarket IC, but for now just going bone stock.

Addicted's run the 16 plate for 60+ hours now with no issues on a stock set up..

Just an opinion here..Nice part about the 30 is 1 water line. Not as much flexibility but it simplifies thing a bit.

    16 requires its own line...
    30 goes inline...

I suggest 30, as it will work fine for stock setups, and future needs

Plus on average its only about $10 more

    Nope, I'm not making them.

I was trying to develope one for the past 18 months, having tried several combinations that did/did not work, I found it was not cost effective to try and build one from scratch.

When the plate setup was stumbled upon, and we saw its efficiency, it was then a matter of unit size and water routing. I tried some water routes to see which was the most effective, and published what worked in keeping the motor as close to stock as possible.

So do a 30, with water cooling inline between the IC and exhaust manifold, and you will never have to touch it again. The only time is to drop the thermostat temp from stock 188 to something else...
