    Exclamation Help Sun faded gel coat

    Does anyone know anything on how to get what i think is sun fade out. it was just fine and i put it outside for about a month its a red 2003 seadoo xpdi and now most of the top part of the haul is faded white but its not cracked or anything Im not looking to spend a lot of money preferably home products I tried wax it doesnt work. help me out.

    A high speed buffer and turtle wax compound will do the trick.

    Red + Sunlight = Disaster.
    Unfortunately you just can't leave a red ski or boat out in the sun, it's the worst color for fading. After you restore the color, get a cover for it or you'll be right back where you started.

    hey i had the same issue. but mine is BLACK!!!,
    i used, Turtle Wax Polishing Compound And normal wax, at the end, it worked like magic, here's a link on my thread, take a look at the pics, before and after.
