    Water in my intercooler

I was trying out my new sponsons doing donuts and I felt the ski bogging down.. When I got home I had water in my intercooler itself as well as the intercooler throttle hose, boost hose. I took my air compressor and dried it out. I pulled the pugs and ran the motor for 10 seconds to get out any water that might be in the combustion chamber.

IS there anything else I should do?

Oh yeah I was thining of spraying the sock that goes on the power filter with a water repellant.. What do you think?

What kind of intake do you have? Donuts not a great idea when modding ski water does and will get in.

If the sock gets clogged with a film, u will loose rpms, and some power. Not much, but some. I used to run the riva rear air pre filter, but found at least 50+ rpm gain with out it. If u could extend it up past the seat opening, above the gas tank, u won't get as much water splashes in it. A 4" would be even better brought up there for maximum flow.

3 inch front air or riva rear air???

If its the rear air, that is you problem.

As far as what else to do. How did it run after cleaning out water?

Was there water in the TB side of intercooler?

I haven't gotten it back in the water tonight so don't know how it runs but it sounds a little better but it still feels bogged down. Yes there was water on the tb side.
