How can I add a trim system to my slt an also use a hand lever to work the trim from the bars?

You might try to adapt the Yamaha GPR hand control trim system. You just turn the hand grip to adjust the trim. From what I have on my GPR, I don't see it being to difficult to convert one to an SLT.

Hmmm I have a slt too. I havem't had any trim issues myself with 1 or 2 riders on it, it rides fine for me. even in rough water. Think I could get a mph or 2 faster from using 1? Maybe the trim set up on my 94 sl would work? If so, I may swap that over to it. Anyone ever do that before? should work fine. same everything pretty much.

I've seen keyz set it up with a 94 trim box up in the front of the ski using an extra steering cable and the electronic controls. Also seen it done with a reverse lever.. but that was trim tabs not the nozzle trim.

That's exactly what I was going to say ! A new trim motor goes for $110 ,Used usousually not less than $30-$40. This kit should bolt right up.
