Lets see you get $80 an hour for your services ??
Your list of employment requirements sounds like you need a fully skilled mechanic, an experienced concierge, an office manager, and a drill Sargent that doesn't drink
And your gonna pay minimum wage

Pretty sure he means they are paying $80 an hour to rent his skis, and he'll pay you $8 an hour to ride them with them. For anyone in HS or working through college, of people who just don't like to do anything all sumer and work at the beach and party, its a pretty good deal!
