Throttle Body from 39 to 44 on 1300?

I had my prop pitched by Eric at Speedfreaks. He said he is changing the throttle bodies to 44. He hasn't seen any increase in top speed, but claims the mid-range and lower end improves. Has anyone tried this? Thanks.
