just picked up a 96 SL700, how to get rid of mice
Hey guys. Just picked up an SL700 today and there are 2 mice living in there. What can I do to drive them out?
Oh yeah, my wife just came in from the garage and now there is one in there. LOL

Put a couple of fabric softener sheets in the hull. And apparently in various places in your garage. Mice hate the smell of those things and it drives them out! We used to store cars and RV's outside a shop I worked at and that's all we did to keep them rodent free. Or you could always pull the motor and electronics and flood the hull, they can't breathe under water!

gotta pull the motor anyway so maybe i'll drown'em. I'll try the fabric sheets first though, thanks!

Fabric softner sheets huh?? My buddy told me to use mothballs in my boat. Have had no problems with rodents, but the dam thing smells for the whole summer. Wish I would of known this a couple of days ago. My boat is all wrapped up with the dam moth balls. Need to remember this for next year.

In the 2nd post, I thought you were going to say, "I put 2 sheets in there along with a bowl of water and some goodies! "lol
Mousetrap with peanut butter. sit back and drink a beer and listen for the pow like a flywheel pop!. 1 down 1 to go.
