I pulled the injectors sprayed in each hole for 10sec then turned it over for 10sec then sprayed in each hole again for 5sec then turned it over 2-3times. should this be good enough?

Here is what I do:
1) I pull the fuel rail and plugs and fog into the fuel rail.
2) Then I hit the cylinder pretty hard.
3) Roll the engine with the plugs out.
4) Put plugs back in and fog one last time so I get oil on the exhaust valves.
All this engine rolling is done in FLOODED mode. Maybe overdoing it, but want the valves soaked in oil. I used a Kawasaki fogging oil this year. The reason: it gave off a really fine mist of oil - versus that steady stream of oil. I want it to move the the system atomized.
