    RXP-X S/C rebuild question

    Long time no post and I apologize for not doing a search but I'm at work and on iPhone. I'm coming up on 100 hour supercharger rebuild. What should I do? I know I can count on the right answers here! I don't plan on modifying anything or at least have to add injectors, fuel pressure, etc. Ski is stock other than handling mods and elimination of exhaust resonator and intake baffle.

    For an RXP-X:

    Send SC to Jerry to rebuild
    Get Riva washers installed
    Get Riva upgrade wheel and housing
    Get 50lb injectors
    Sell stock injectors and SC parts in classifieds
    Smile like a mofo when you pull the throttle for the first time again after mods

    Is this the housing and impellar you're taking about? And I only need to get the 50 pounders and nothing more?

    Damn, do I need to do a reduction nozzle thing too and will I face overstuffing issues with stock intake grate? I would live more acceleration and don't care about top speed.

    You will need to have someone clear the "SC Maintanence" Prompt with BUDS or you will go into Limp Mode at 109 hrs.

    Send it to Jerry for a complete rebuild..At least you know you will have nothing to worry about for another 100 hours.....

    That's the only reason I haven't done this already. I'm not sure if this mod will push my ski into the buck zone or not. Seems like if you do an R&D grate, X nozzle and no wedge that this setup would be safe, but you'd have to get the prop repitched to keep you off the limiter.

    i thought all you need do is drill some holes to get past the buck...
