Got a box from Jerry today :-) Lightweight goodness!!!

BIG box from Jerry showed up today.....Enclosed was his old RXX hood...... So off to the garage I went.....What a differance....it is SO much lighter than the stock hood.... Had to do a little trimming to fit the '06 gauge cluster but otherwise it fit like a glove!!!!

I love the look.....now all I need are some black bumper rails!!!

    Thanks Jerry!!!

Here are a few pics.....one kinda artsy......

    Question for ya Jerry....

I just thought of something cool....How fast has this hood gone Jerry??? Any 80+ runs with the RXX hood??? It's prolly going to be pretty bored on my boat compared to yours!

TorquePhoto--Black GTI rub rails will work on your boat. Over a year ago I painted my Apple Green 04 RXP all black. The side rub rail is 291001520--order two of these. The rear rub rail is 291001521--order one of these. It will take you less than five minutes for the changeover. You might have to use a hammer to help them in the slots--no harm done by doing this. The rear rub rail will have to be trimmed a little shorter. Your corners at the rear and the nose piece at the front do not have to be removed to install these.
