    Prop pitch?

I see all these numbers on prop pitch. Can somebody explain what the numbers mean?

14-19 Means, 14 degrees on the leading edge/which affects cavitation and how much water is drawn in/ 19, is the trailing edge/which is the top speed of the prop. Where these two planes meet is your midrange pull. A well matched prop will be progressive and pull from start to top end.

What is the stock pitch? Is it a measure of degree angle?

Prop pitch is no more than the theoretical distance a prop will travel through a given mass, in this case water, per revolution. The impellers on our skis have what is refered to as a variable progressive pitch,it progresses from front to back and has a twist from hub out.A pitch of 19 would infer that it would travel 19 inches per revolution. If you figure this at 8000 rpms we should be going over 100 MPH.
