    46s or 48s for a gpr 800

    will aftermarket 46s flow plenty for a 800 motor with pipe and 180 comp? or should I go 48s?

    TJ recommended 48 Novi's for my ported 62T cylinders "701" that are only .5m over stock bore with

    MOD pipe
    "TRUE" Riva intake port matched
    Factory MOD pipe....modded with enlarged manifold and head pipe "Extrude"
    VF2
    180 PSI head
    Pump gas porting by him

    TJ is as good as it gets,but I know guys that were using full spec 48s that he recommended to get rid of since he was dealing with novi exclusively. They did it cause they all run motors built and ported by him,that said I think some high end tuners just work with one thing once they get it figured out. If you look at what team scream is doing with 46s it makes you wonder how many cc they can handle just as well as 48s?

    Valid points...but look at the winning race boats...they all run Novi's or at least 95% of them from the skis I've seen. I just dropped 3k into my 96 blaster that will have some of the best parts, porting etc you can get...I'll let ya know how big my smile is!

    yea let me know,who built and ported it? We do freeride in the ocean with b1s and sj,so racing specs dont really do it for us,we need alot less to make us happy.its just gotta be torquey smooth power

    TJ is doing the porting, extrude honing, port matching of my parts...and I'm putting the parts together.
