    Need help BIG TIME

A littel back history. I broke a timming chain and bent 2 intake valves replaced all the valves, crank, timming chain, chain tentioner, strech bolts, cam gear, chain guides and head gasket. put the motor back together according to the seadoo manual.

Tried to start it tonight and broke 2 intake racker arms. Is it possible i have the timming gear set 180* out? the rear cylinder is on TDC and the lines on the gear are parrell with the top of the head. All the lodes for the car for the rear cylinder are almost pointing at the spark plug hole. The pickup on the cam gear is pointing at the cam sensor is this right?

Please call me and help me figure this out..... 205 790 366 Scott

    Oh yea thanks in advance

PS anyone have any intake rockers?

Wrong piston on top d Center. It needs to be Number three or the one to the front of the boat.

you need to lock the crank and cam, you can buy the tools in the store. i use a drill bit for the cam though.

You need to be able to lock the cam and crank. The most forward needs to be TDC. It can be done by visual if you don't have the tools.

I was just thinking when you said rockers broke that your valves must be damaged.. with back piston at TDC.

That is why the locking tools sure help just so you cant screw up.

I bet you will get it right this next time.
