Need Exhaust turbine wheel
My boost has never been as good as it should be. I sent my fibre optic color camera into the induction inlet and the wheel looked perfect. I slipped the band and most of the fluid lines and found that my exhaust turbine wheel is completely shot.
Does anyone want to sell a bad turbo that still had a good exhaust wheel and the heat shield plate that is right behind the wheel?
BTW this wheel has over 500 hours of high RPM use on it.

Have yopu checked with Brokeazzhonda on PWCtoday.com? I know he is doing some fixes on Turbos. Maybe he has the part.

I am purchasing a failed center core that has a good turbine and hopefully a good shaft from him and hopefully will combine the two to make a good one.
If that does not work, I have a good source on a good center core.

Hopefully I have gotten it fixed. I bought a really good turbo cartridge from PROMOD [Aurice] and got it installed today. Hopefully I will have time to water test it tomorrow.
BTW, when the turbos quit turning, they pump engine oil into the engine's intake. I had almost two quarts of oil in my intercooler when I pulled the turbo's discharge tube loose.
It fouled the plugs or else it could have pumped all the oil out of the engine.

It ran good today turning out 14PSI [Macboost] @ 6200 RPM and had a great holeshot. On the way home it started shutting down on overboost above 5K 10 PSI boost, so I might have a failed MAP/TCP sensor.
