more to do? GSX -98 951 cc 136 ++ hp

hi. is there anything I need to think about now before I can run and have fun. what I did with my gsx ltd-98 951cc is. Rinaldi reed kit, 1mm over drilled drilled 89mm (+0.01) wiseco pistons, hotrod crankshaft, polished exhaust valves, 90 + 167.5 jets, 2.3 mm needle in the carburetor. disconnected the oil pump, prok air filter , r & d 46cc cylinder heads, all grey gasline changed, solas 15/20 impeller, worx water intake , worx sponsored.
have not mounted in the engine yet but want to know if I have to do something more before it's too late.

    thanks conny

anyone who can guess how many hp this resept can leave? would have been nice to know. "about" 160?

    Nowhere near 160hp. maybe 145.

Check to be sure the C/B cavity is full with oil, and I mean about 75% full.

The 15/20 might be a bit too tall/big for your ski so if you get low rpms & gps speeds, toss in a OEM prop and retest

I do highly agree with the impeller. If your pitch is too progressive, you'll not gain speed, you'll lose because it will require more torque than the motor will allow.

to get 160+hp u need a white pipe, rxx reeds, timing modification, a head, and the right jetting...

u'd be lucky to have 130 hp

just remember u have a built in hp calculator...a jet pump..

put a stock prop in there and if it turns 6800 rpm then its 130 hp...u turn it 7300 then ur making 160+hp
