    Skat 13-19R.....NOT BAD!!!

I installed the new impeller in the GPR the other day. Wasnt sure about how I would like it. Most everyone I talked to said i should have bought a 14-20 solas.
My grp has a few mods but nothing crazy. I really need to put it on the GPS again. So the results are by the seat of my ass test.

Out of the hole.... The ski pops out really good but still gets some spin. I think the reason for this is my wear ring is shit!. When it was apart i felt a few grooves in it.

Mid........... IS SICK!!!!!! SOOOO MUCH FUN! My GPR will now jump out in front of my Kawi on a mid range run.

Top............ Its def faster. Im not sure how much yet. To give an example I can now catch a friends gpr from 3 behind and pass by 2. I dont think this was all the prop though. He still has a stock grate on his and we had a little chop.

All in all. Iam SOOOO HAPPY that I got this prop over the 14-20. This works perfect for what I use my ski for. The ski feels like it came alive now. I ride my ski in the ocean jumping waves and local river trails.

    Thanks guys

Your cavitation is due to the 800 grate. Its a top end grate. If you changed it to the 1200grate if would not cavitate and would have better hook up in the chop.

I would recommend going with the 1200 grate. in my experience it is a better all around grate. it will minimize your cavitation. is your pump shoe sealed?

Congrats. I remember my first GPR after I installed the 13/19, ADA head, ride plate, 1200 grate, D plate, and PPK. Night and day.

Yes it is sealed. I think your right, I had a 1200 grate and it pulled out of the ski at WOT one day racing a friend. Nothing like eating shit at almost 70mph. It pulled the fiberglass right out of the bottom of the hull. Dude it hurt soooo bad. I had a 800 grate laying around and thats why i used it. When I get a chance ill get another 1200 grate and see if the spin goes away. Thanks guys!!!! This forum is awesome!

I have been contemplating buying one for a while. They are a good thing to have. Adds to the safety and reliability of the ski.
