Stock Intercooler wont work, Most are using Vortec Intercoolers that are custom fabricated to fit into the 250 Hull.

Well wait, the stock intercooler may work but youd need to relocate the charger and there isnt a bracket for that.

everything will fit if you can fibreglass or use a TIG welder

Could always swiss cheese the hull to get it to fit.

    my head hurts...

daniel.... word of advice... try to stick to one topic per thread.... you ask about using the stock ic or not with the vortech and then want to know whether or not you can change the pulley and lower the psi to around 15lbs. i think you'd get better answers that way.... people read the title of the thread and answer it and then you refer back to something at the bottom of one of your posts that is irrelevant to the current topic of discussion

but to answer your question yes you can lower psi by changing the pulley

even if it does work.... it may not be the most efficient one for the vortech set-up....
