Question RIVA SD Pro-Series ECU question

Sorry kind of new to the PWC world I am saving up for an RXP & am looking to make it a nice fast cruiser on the water. I have a riva intake grate for one already. I was wondering about getting the Riva SD pro series ECU for the RXPX, but just wanted to know if they actuall do any thing in adding mph on the ski?

Thanks if someone can help me out on this, like I said I am new to this whole performance end of the PWC world.

forgot to mention, do aa search for "free mods" the price is right and good for some easy speed. on the other hand i recommend you leave it bone stock. if not you'll start by just wanting a few mods, then more and more and more hahaha enjoy, i sure do!!

    Cool

Ya I was just thinking about for sure putting the Riva intake grate I have already, I defigantly want to put the threw exhaust, but am wondering if I need to buy a bunch of other things for that to function propoerly. I also want to buy a blow off valve (I like the blow off valve whistle ) I was also thinking about bigger injectors, intake, upgraded ecu, & I heard the riva IC kit works good too. Is this a bunch to do or not a good mixture?

I really dont know were else to go to ask about this stuff & I know the dealer that I was talking to about all of this was clueless & kind of an A hole about it too.

my sig has a nice simple set up see below...lots are using a stock x charger..i am going to one and a riva ecu..then a mini rude it that will put me easily in the mid 80s ..the store here has everything you need to go 85 + also watch the classifieds..deals there like people upgrading ..like me ..charger wheels are nice but bigger chargers are omg acceleration diff...the stage 1 stuff is avalible alot because it is a sickness...

.but i love it because it is about the only place on earth left you can just go have fun without the disco lights showing up and ruining your day and insurance rates for the next few years and if you mess up a little everything is usually ok..just swim back and go some more

Yes I know what you are saying Breon about the disco lights arriving when you just want to build a little hobby toy & go have fun. I will keep my eye's open on the classifieds. I also thought the RXP-X's had a stock X charger...

    Is $9,000 good for a Brand New 2009 RXP-X?

I know I got my 05 RXP brand new for $7500 & sold it for $5800 with only 12hrs on it.
