You need to DOO IT NOW.
ceramics will shatter and when they do it causes alot of damage.
the steel washers are the best insurance you could possibly do.

jerry has put a few chargers together with the steel washer for me and Ive never had a problem with them. im sending him another one to doo this week also.

Metal from day one. SC wheel upgrade hour 15. Tech section should have SC bolt on/off procedure.

Remove the exhaust (J-pipe and waterbox) then it's 3 bolts on the charger. Not too hard and very worth it. I made it 120 HRS on my ceramics and they are still in place. Some only make it 20 hrs though there is no standard for how long they last but with the metal there is no worries. I upgraded the whole thing with a new beefed up charger from Jerry and now ride worry free....
