    Drop In Waterbox.

I found A drop in waterbox for the GPRXP's It is a Polaris Genesis I 2001-2004 Part number 1261062-067 available new for $178.86 or try e-bay. It has 3" in and out and is the correct diameter and length. You will need a silicone reducer for the J-pipe 2 3/4 - 3" and for the outlet we brought it to a muffler shop and had it flared to 3 1/2 for free.. Drill and add the temp sensor and mount it up. I will have some sound clips soon...

Yes.. Leo at meineke mufflers, Milford, Ct. did the pipe flare for me for free. I walked in the door at 4pm and walked out at 4:07 with a flared box. It was that easy. Worst case scenario it may cost you 20 bucks cash to someone on the side.
Funny thing is I called three other muffler shops first who told me it was impossible and that it would crack/break. Aluminum bends easy enough...

Once again, for Steve for coming up with the idea.. and finding one for me!

    Nice find

How much bigger or smaller over a GPR water box or is more like the TDR box.

Quiter over the TDR box is always nice..

It appears either you shaved down the lower old-wall mounting boss, or it's rubbing in different spots in that area??
