    As far as I know, US and Canadian specs for drawbars and hitch balls are the same, other than listing all the numbers in metric.

    8.25cm is the drop of the drawbar, same as the 3 1/4" drop shown on the label, which also shows 500lb tongue weight, and 5,000lb trailer weight ratings. The ball is likely to be either a 2 inch or 2.5 inch diameter, and should have the size and weight rating stamped right on on the ball.

    I just checked the ball on the canadian one, it's a 2 inch ball with a 10,000 Lb capacity! I really didn't know if there was a difference, but it does say canadian on it. The receiver may say 5000, but the ball is 10,000.

    Whatever component has the lowest ratings, those are the weight ratings for the entire rig;

    Ball
    Drawbar
    Receiver/Hitch
    Coupler
    Trailer
    Tow vehicle
