    RXT iS

Picked it up from the dealer and took for test drive. Warmed it up for a few minutes then took a run and I was suprised as I had all the acceleration and boost back. It ran great and pulled all the way to 71 and then I stopped to regroup and check things. Took off and ran about 50' and something let go and lost boost. I'm quessing the SC as it chattered, lost boost and had different sound. Idled back dock loaded up and had probably 4 gallons of water in the hull. Took it right back to the dealer and they were much friendlier this time and said they will pull the pump, sc, replace carbon seal and look for other problems.

The positive side was they had fixed the problem that was limiting boost because it ran hard to 71 (I let off to regroup and check things). I am sure it would have gone faster. This is with ported TB, 4" air,15/22 and stock sc.

Once they fix it I will start over

    Exhaust

Sounds like it lost the water box off the end of the log manifold. That would account for the water, the sound and the slow go and it is typical of this model.......the dealers are surposed to test that clamp at PDI.

The water in the hull has been an issue for a while.
    The water box is ok.
The carbon seal leaks big time.

I wonder if the place where the engine mounts mount on to are flexing.

If one of these on the rear is buckling under load, the driveshaft will be mis-aligned, and water will come in through the seal.

It's at the dealer now and after numerous phone calls to managers I was greeted with sincere concerns from the mechanic and now it looks like they will put some effort into solving the problems.
