    Arrow 1512cc triple piped stroker BB EFI build THE VIDEO !!!!!!!!!

    Well, i decided to built yet another Monster engine. Wiseco 89mm pistons coming this week. When i get my core cylinders, i will start a detailed build like i did on my 1500cc Stroked Triple Pipe build. I will be doing a complete new fuel system to supply the fuel it will need. Already ran the software and have developed the porting specs it will need. This project will take off as soon as my cores arrive. This project will be a process of welding areas up on the cylinders when i get them. Then, they go off to Lowell for some lathe work, then to Millennium Technologies for the boring process. When they get back, i will port them and back to Millennium for plating.

    I decided to do this bigger motor after maxing my 1390 out. The challenge was gone. The bigger displacment motors seem to run very well at my 4100' elevation (12% power loss...220hp - 12% = 193.6hp !) and seem to process the thinner air, even on the single pipe. The motor will no doubt make alot better acceleration and top speed #'s. I expect 2-2.5 mph gains with freaky pull! (maybe more)

    This will have a 3mm stroker crank!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1512cc MONSTER EFI!

    I will stay on top of the pics/posts but there will be some dead spots time to time from all the shipping these jugs will see. Results wont come till April, after it gets some time on it. Getting it dialed in with the new fuel system will be a challenge also. I will get pics up of the 89mm slugs as soon as they arrive.

    Current best speed on my LOCKED DOWN 1390 setup was 80.8mph (RAD 5180' corrected ft). Remember, im 3.5-4mph slower up here, 224 lb. rider.

    How in the heck are you getting 89mm and keeping enough wall thickness?

    Welding! You will see. Things become thin on the skirts, especially the intake side (66V). There are some 90mm ski's out there.
