SBN manifold for 1200r ?
Carb woes times 6 on my XR1800. A total of 6 frozen low speed screws.
No amount of heating, penetrating oil is going to break the screws free.
Instead of replacing all 6 carbs with OEM I bodies , does anyone still make an intake manifold for the 1200r that can use the 44mm SBN

Swamped I got a different manifold that not many here have seen. Its by far the best that I have used. Give me a ring if interested 713-875-1812.
By the way about your screws, they need to be greased to prevent moisture to build up on them threads
