    can you break 80 with a T X?

Can you break 80mph with a T X? I see a lot of them on here @ 74... I have a stage I kit, water box. nopas etc..

I am considering Mini X charger and 50lb injectors. Will that bring it over 80mph?

I have heard some talk of the ski turning over or getting out of control if it breaks 76 ?

STSPerformance has been 78 several times. Just need RE's to stop porpoising above 75. All T-X owners NEED tunnel reinforcement FIRST, especially at these speeds!

With enough boost, anything is possible...

Maybe throw, an aftermarket ecu with a 8800rpms and all supporting mods... On top of the minirude... You Should be real close..

Anything is possible, but I would almost bet your going to have to turn 8,600 rpm minimum to have a consistent 80 mph T-X. JMO

    STSPerformance (T-X) ran 78 mph turning 8,380 with 2RUDE.

GUS is running arround 80 mph with riva ecu and rude1 with X pump setup on a RXT.

As far as out of control, sounds like driver error to me or that person dosent need to be running those speeds..
Sorry, but that ski is very stable.

My top was 74mph on the same day i was running around 73.5 all day. after my tunnel work and Riva plate/heatexchanger/Worx grate on sunday i was running 76.9 (rear seat was off though for testing after work) and the temp was around 48-50 early morning. Isaw my GPS was showing 78.2 twice but i dont think (i meen i wish) i was doung 78.2........anyway my ski hase X SC and the boost gage was on 10.4PSI
You'll be the judge if i was running that fast........i got some video and pictures from that morning. i will post them up.

The 80 mph,can only be reached with a 8600 or higher ecu.For 2 seaters it's easier to get around 80 mph,but with a minirude or higher,Riva or Les cooke ecu,50 lbs injectors and a rrfpr,it must be possible to get around 80 mph,.
The above must be added to a worx or other brand grate,4"kanaflex,and a 15/22r + a few mm pictch for reaching the high rpm's.
For the t-x its a must to do the tunnel reinforcement,a non x 3 seater will be fine, they have a stronger tunnel.
Remember by adding a reduction nozzle you will create more pressure on the tunnel, the safest is with the stock nozzle, but it will cost some speed, but a massive holeshot will be there.
All i mentioned is gonna be my winterproject, the mini rude and 50 's are installed.
The next will be the riva valvetrain upgrade,a new ecu and a rrfpr, some prop bending to reach 8600 rpm ,and i really hope i will be around 80 with these mods.

Dont know who was stating a RXT-X is not stable. I find mine to be the best riding most perdictable ski I have ever had--( I have had 14 skis since my first in 1992). Now I am not running 80 MPH either--(right at 75 so far with stock ECU--and thats only in cool weather). My goal is 80 MPH--one way or the other and hopefully it will be just as stable at those speeds.

You are talking about a RXP-X overstuffing.
This doesn't happen on the RXT-X
