    Differences Between A RXP and RXP-X

    Guys is there any different engine internals like pistons head valves cam so on different in these to engines.

    Are the pumps different between the 2

    I know the super charger J pipe, intercooler, water box plumbing is all different more interested in engine and pump set up.

    The x runs 42s injecters. Rxp run 38s .

    all the internals are the same. Take a 08 RXP and a 08RXP-x and the actual motor will be the same.

    the pump and intake are *I believe* different. Thats what makes the rxp a faster hull. if you put the x mods on a non x ski, youll go about 74-75

    What about the shaft is it the same as the RXP/RXT .

    could you use the RXP-X shaft to turn into a conversion set up for a GPRXP

    driveshaft is slightly different, but can be used in a conversion. you will loose the rubber coating and have to machine the carbon seal plate thing a bit.

    i think the pumps are the same too. just the actual pump tunnel in the hull is different.

    maybe thats it. I know the tunnell is thinner because its prone to cracking...

    08 pumps are the same 09 are different im pretty sure
