Question for those that have a dyno.
I want to mount a 4-tec on a Superflow engine dyno.
What do you guys do with the exhaust with water in it? I don't feel like dumping water into the ventilation system. I would like to completely separate the two after the water box.

If it were me, I'd run regular engine coolant through the exhaust manifold to prevent if from being damaged, then return it to the coolant system. From the v-band back, you could run dry exhaust out the normal dyno exhaust system.

Just wondering if you have gained any more info on dynoing the 4-Tec
We are about to fit one to our DTS engine dyno.
The DTS uses a drive shaft arrangement to connect between the engine and dyno head.
I am looking for some help on suggestions as to a reliable coupling method as I have heard that it is easy to break one of the shafts in the engine.
Any input would be very appreciated.

Just noticed this ... one other option on keeping the water separate from the exhaust would be to run a garden hose/adapter to the bottom front fitting on the exhaust manifold, then tee the two smaller rear water outlets together (restrict flow a little), just run that water by hose anywhere convenient, and V clamp the manifold exhaust bell to any dry exhaust outlet/pipe (skip the waterbox altogether on the dyno).
