I think i have a burned or bend exhaust valve
Yesterday i went out to test my minirude and 50 injectors.
Plugged in my Innovate lm1.
Calibrated sensor in open air as instructed, then installed in manifold.
Started engine, only one problem the afr gauge went on and off,due to the startting of the engine.
I think this caused bad afr readings.
Idle at 14.7 way lean,above 6500 rpm,it displayed 12.1.
After an half hour of testing, all run fine, great holeshot, didn't see any gains in rpm or speed but the holeshot was awesome.
Water was a bit choppy 51 (11 celcius) degree fahrenheit,temperature was 61 (16 celcius)fahrenheit.
I couldn't resist to do a little race, went full throttle for a few seconds ,after releasing throttle ,idle was real bad,so i shut the engine off.
Tried to restart nothing happend.
Back on shore tried to start in drowning mode, throttle fully engaged the press start, nothing happend.
Today removed valve cover to have a look at the valves.
Turned the engine by hand with a wrench on the supercharger, plugs were out.
Cylinder 3 (the one near the oilfiller),was full with gasoline when i turned the crank a lot of fuel came out,i sucked the remaining fuel out.
I think the fuel came in by the drowned mode starting,it should have gone out by the exhaust valves, the other cilinders are dry.
Tommorow i gonna pull the head and inspect the exhaust valves.
I'm almost sure i have problems with the exhaust valves on cilinder 3.
I have a riva valvetrain upgrade on the way, since i was gonna upgrade my ecu,i really hope i have no damage on my pistons and cilinders.
Any input on this problem would be nice.

I contacted Malte from Re -Performance,the problem could be a bad injectors, tommorow i will put the 42's in the fuelrail, and try to start the engine.
A bad injector could fill up the cilinder,if it keeps spraying fuel in the cilinder
and explain the fuel in cilinder no.3.
If not i will pull the head,if it turns i do a compression check on all cilinders to be sure.

cylinder Nr 3 is at the fuel tank !!!!
a bad injector will not spray at all, more likely the others are not working, maybe you got water in * you sure it was fuel in the 3rd cylinder*
you have water in your engine, change spark plugs, crank it with spark plugs removed
if you took of the valve cover, and all retainers are ok, you will not have bend a valve
WOT at 12.1 AFR you also not gone burn a valve as that number is OK
the 50 Injectors are a bit rich at off throttle operation, try to start with the stock injectors.
you dont need to start the engine to do a compression check, just crank it over

Your right my injectors are really bad, took the fuelrail out, laid the rail on top of engine, put lanyard on ,with fuelpressure on the rail the injector on no3 cilinder starts spraying like a shower,is leaking as hell.
I didn't even start the engine yet,i must do a oil change now.
This caused the fuel in cilinder no3.
Almost pulled the head, thanks for the advice, gonna install my 42's and start engine for checking, but the injector was all there was.
Gonna contact Jerry about this ,injectors are brand new!

This got me scared a bit! One of the reasons why I dont want to do much to the engine, charger and injectors!
Dont want to mess up my 13k SKI! lol

These are the ones i bought in Jerry's store:
I took all 3 injectors out,i'm scared of replacing only the bad one,i really don't trust them anymore.
Wasn't fun when my engine stopped,i had to be towed back, luckily a friend of my accompanied me,because nobody's on the water anymore, the weather hasn't be to good it's almost winter in Holland.
Today i got my engine running ,lots of fuel came out of the exhaust and engine, tomorrow i will do a compression test, just to be safe.

Make sure you change your oil after you get it running. It will certainly have Fuel contamination..

When you get it straightened out check how the AFR's are with the stock 42's please.
