    Check out my new website

Check out my new website. I've uploaded all the good pictures from the 2009 World Finals, and the APBA 2009 Parker race.

I created the site as a means to allow the racers to purchase prints, and other image products, out of frustration. I tried taking some digital images down to Walmart.
They have one of those big printers in the store, and you pop your card in the machine, make a few adjustments, put your money in, and out comes the print. Guess what? You can't return it.
If you get one of the settings wrong, or do something else incorrectly, you just flushed your money down the drain.

Now you have total control. The images on my site are not full resolution, so the actual image will look much better than what you see on the site. Once you choose which images you want, and what products you want, I get the request. I then take those images into Photoshop, make any needed corrections, and upload it to the processing lab. If the image is going to be cropped or enlarged, I will send you a link to view the final image, before it goes to the lab.
Then the lab technician views the image, prints it out, and makes sure it's perfect, before sending you the final product. If you don't like it, send it back for a refund. It doesn't get any better than that.

I'm not trying to make a profit on this. I'm only trying to make the site pay for itself. These sites are not cheap, but I believe they offer the best option.

    My site is here; http://www.havasuphoto.net

If you don't find what your looking for, try Karen (Pyro Images) site; http://www.pyroimages.com/

Still looking? Try Ronny Mac's site;http://ronnymac.exposuremanager.com/

    Also, try Kay Sykes site;http://www.newearthimages.com

    Mark(Hydrotoys) site;http://www.hydrotoys.com/

    And Daneille's site; http://www.dgexposure.exposuremanager.com/g/pwc

All of us share a love of PWC racing, and photography.
And if I forgot anybody, please feel free to ad your link to this thread.

I do this as a hobby. I love taking pictures, and I love PWC racing. It takes an enormous amount of time and energy to do this. I hope you enjoy.

    Looks awesome.

I may order a few from your "art" section.
How long would the 16x20's take to make? Maybe I can pick them up, to save shipping?

The main lab for Exposure Manger is in California, and for larger prints, they have a lab in Texas. It takes 2 to 3 days to ship, once ordered, so it's pretty quick, but you can't pick it up in person. They do have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you not happy, they will reprint it for free, or refund your money, less shipping/handling.
Much better than "feeding" that stupid Kodak machine at Walmart.....LOL that thing is like a slot machine that never pays out. I have yet to get a decent print from them. But, when I had Exposure Manger do it, the results blew me away.
    Which picture did you like??

I think that one would print out pretty well in landscape at 20X16. The original file size is 13mb!! It was made from 6 pictures sewn together in Photoshop, and is around 38 mega-pixels!!

I may order that one myself. I actually shot it while idling up the Bridgewater channel, on my SeaDoo. Photoshop is an amazing program.

Edit: I just ordered a 16X20 of the London Bridge, plus an 8X10 of another picture, and a 4X5 of that same picture. I'll let you know when it gets here(Lake Havasu), and how it looks. I've been wanting to get that one printed for awhile now.

Just an update; I submitted 3 prints to the lab today for printing. They were shipped within 3 hours......!!!
And, I will be attending an APBA boat race in Parker on Friday, so if you like boat races, check out my site next week, for the boat racing pictures.
They do have a PWC class listed, but I don't know if anyone is going to race.
