    Boost pressure ?

I installed a Dyno Tune Boost Guage this weekend and the pressure with engine off is .4 psi and 9.5 psi @ 8200 rpms,9.5-.4 = 9.1 psi @8200 rpms.

What is the normal pressure with a stock S/C wheel at 8200rpms ?

I don't know off hand but I don't think it's that high. Thought it was supposed to be around 6-7 PSI stock.

I have the XSPOWER I/C and the guage that I have will not zero out when engine is stopped. The guage is reading .4 psi with stopped engine,so I subtract .4 from my max psi reading.

Ok, Were do you have the sensor? I have talked with Dean at Dynotune about my gauge a few times now.

And to make a long story short. WE found that tapping the IC block off plate is the best thing to do. I went from very sporatic numbers to even sending my gauge back to him. To having a very perfect working gauge.

This gauge doesn't like the intake ports.

So if you don't have your IC block off tapped ! Do it!!!

I'd change out that gauge.... I have the RR sc impeller and get 9.8psi @ 8400-8500rpm's.
