    Trailblazer SS 11's 1/4 mile

Took my Trailblazer SS to the 1/4 mile track to finally get some times.

Ran 12.77 106mph 1.82 60ft on first pass on motor.

Then sprayed it with 125hp nitrous and ran 11.99 at 117mph 1.82 60ft spinning.

Last pass was 11.83 at 114mph 1.86 60ft, spinning also. Let off the nitrous middle of 3rd gear due to pinging. Hopefully I will get some better times hooking up.

Here is a video of the 11.99 pass...running against an S10 that went 11.29 at 120mph. Not a great video but its all I got for now.

Nice! I had a Grand Cherokee with a 120 shot that ran a 12.59 with all four tires spinning. Fast 4x4 SUVs is where all the fun is at!

Thanks guys, its actually a little slow for my mods but its never been dyno tuned and I didn't take any weight out or anything special for the track. Guess 12.7 on motor isn't too bad for a 4700lb+ Suv that you can drive anywhere and still tow. I've been driving it with the same mods for the last 2 years. It almost feels slow to me now.....until you turn the bottle on then it gets fun.

    Mod-
Little "baby" Cam, headers, dual 3", underdrive pulley, electric fans, Home made air intake, HWS Nitrous plate, computer tuned

Stock trans with billet servos, Yank 3200 stall, trans cooler- most go with the larger 3600 stall, but I choose the 3200 since it has near stock tow ratings.

These trucks come stock with a 14 bolt 4.10 geared rear. I run 20" nitto drag radials so its ready to go anytime

I had a Lightning for four years, so I know how hard it is to achieve what you've done - way to go!

Hope that bottom end is forged...
