you buy the belt tensioning tool and you look in the manual or k-techs its all been listed many times before.
look in the tech library and also read everything else on the site that way you wont have to continually ask questions

The alignment between s/c pulley and the engine pulley doesn't change when you just replace the belt, even though the engine has to be moved forward a bit when you slip in a new belt. You push back the engine to align the motor mount holes and you are dead on to the original position. The s/c is housing is bolted on the engine block and it moves WITH the engine.

To save some time by not having to move the engine on your next belt change, stash an extra new belt around the driveshaft.

The full service manual is available to download free in the above teamoto link.

How many times have you changed the plugs and oil so far?

the service manual method is not the better way to do it, here is better info an easier way to do it, go to teammotoracing.com scroll down the drop menu on the right, choose tech library then choose K-tech 20-1 scroll down to page 15-16 and you'll find a easier way to change your belt
