    Damn hose clamps!

The ONLY problem i'm having with my pro is one of my hose clamps keeps breaking.

Clamp is on center pipe goes on hose between manifold and pipe. WTF........

I need to find some beefy hose clamps to replace these, anyone know where i can get some nice heavier ones?

You talking about the small hose from water manifold to pipe, or, the big silicone coupler from exhaust manifold to pipe?

Big coupler between exhaust manifold and pipe. Just one particular one keeps breaking on me, the other 5 aren't giving me any problems.

    Hose clamps

Usally the broken clamp on the pipes is caused by it rubbing on the bedplate or mounting bolt, etc. Look carefully to see if the clamp in braking in 1/2 ? You might have to grind away some aluminum where the clamp rubs? If the worm gear is breaking, you could be "over torqueing" the clamp.

    Thanks,
    Rj

I've been wondering if i'm over-tightening them. I put one on and it seems to last for about 10 minutes, then breaks.

They are breaking in the same spot everytime right under the bolt part, so it probably is just me OT'in them.

I've always been really good at OT'in stuff
