    Have you found someone with the Techno to rebuild them ?
    I have one Blowen ,it has damaged rotors only.
    I have heard of one rebuild ,,,the guy removed the teflon coating and drilled the rivets to pull the shafts out of the rotors.
    My supercharger had 10 hours on it , and a rag sucked in thru the air intake and then the rest was history.

    Yes.
    I could probably do a swap-out with your core.
    Let me think about it for a few days and I'll come up with a price IF we decide to sell the rebuilds. I'm not 100% sure I want to sell them yet.

    MY old supercharger had slightly more boost,,,how much to fit new rotors ?

    That does seem to be the issue; that a rebuilt one has slightly less boost that the original.
    So, I guess for the casual rec rider, maybe on a budget, a rebuilt one is the way to go (that's what I ended up doing and selling the brand new one I bought). For racers or the hard-core speed freaks, you probably wanna just spend the $1400-$1500 (with tax) and buy a new one from Kawasaki.


    ....but what do I know.
