    1050 Motor Help

    Ok are the cases and crank the same for 1200 and 150 motors? Also are the electronics the same (stator, flywheel, coil) Thanks guys

    The cases are slighty different on the 1200's. The 1200 cases are cut for piston skirt clearance, for the longer stroke.

    The updated stators are the same between the 1050 and 1200. But the cdi is programmed for the longer stroke on the 1200.

    Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but can't the 1050 cases be machined to accept the 1200 cylinders? I mean if finding the correct cases is an issue.........

    ...and the cranks are different on both throw and piston pin size.
