    Cool After market ECM for SHO Motors ?

    I see where PRO-TEC along with MSD are releasing a aftermarket ecm for the Kaw Teryx, four wheelers that control fuel along with rpm's for $450.00 Just maby MSD will look at the Yamaha SHO motors as a location to sell there products! The following is a new products release from PRO-TEC------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pro-Tec now carries the all new 2009 Kawasaki Teryx 750 MSD Charge FI fuel injection / ignition controller.

    From the trails to the tracks, the MSD Charge FI fuel injection / ignition controller delivers unparalled performance to your Kawasaki Teryx 750. When using the MSD Charge FI you can choose from four pre-programmed fuel injection / ignition timing maps or create up to six custom fuel injection / ignition timing maps. Below are a few of the features offered by the MSD Charge FI fuel injection / ignition controller.

    Direct plug in connectors (no splicing required)
    Less than 10 minutes to install
    Increases top speed (5-6mph)
    Overrides reverse speed limiter
    Fully sealed waterproof controller unit
    Adjustable fuel and ignition map for any engine combination

    Low speed valet (safety) mode (25mph maximum)

    This thing is even PC programmable for the advanced tuner --------The MSD For this atv is $450.00 Retail. Just maby MSD will come up with one for the SHO motor that won"t be $3000.00+ Like the Motec or the Vi-Pec. I will be puting one of these on my Santa "Wish List" Tommy Jordan

    yep, bypassing the rev limiter alone is worth the investment

    I have not. Years ago MSD made a cdi box for the twin cylinder yamaha PWC motors. Sure would be nice if they would make on for us Sho Motor owners!

    all we really need is something to change the rev limiter. Powershot takes care of fuel, you can adjust the timing manually....
