    Innovate/dynotune wideband help

    Hey folks,

I have an LC-1 innovate wideband setup with dynotune gage on an 06-rxp. The gauge reads 0.1-0.2 all the time. I also have an LM-2 hand controller which uses the same O2 sensor as the LC-1 and it works with the sensor from the Lc-1. Does this mean that the gauge is shot? How would I test that otherwise?

    Thanks.

Is your dyno tune set-up for the innovate? I'm pretty sure the gauge has to be set by the manufacturer to work with it. You should give dyno tune a call. They are ussualy very helpful.

Yes it is. I forgot to add that it worked fine before. Now it just reads 0.1-0.2. I checked all connections and they were fine.

You need to scale/program the analog output for the gauge to read the correct value.

How do you do this, and does this have to be done intermittently?

If I am reading this right you need to do a free air calibration on the sensor.

You do it with the LM programer software. You should only have to do this once unless you updated the firmware.

I am there right now. I have never upgraded the software or program so this should not be. Will do some reading. I never hooked up the LED, just didn't want to wire in anything extra to go wrong, so this may be a starting point to test the system.
