Auction ends Christmas eve day at 9 in the morning!

I wonder how many bidders will be paying attention on the morning of the 24th?

Set screw might not have anything to do with the drive shaft itself. Might be some part that they took off or messed with while changing the shaft.

No photos of the engine or hull interior, hull underside, etc.
No engine hours, compression numbers, or even enough detail to tell whether it is scratched up.

I can tell he didn't bother to clean the leaves and water out of the footwells

Why do so many sellers do such a poor job of showing, describing and detailing what they are trying to sell?

I wouldn't get too excited about it because the reserve amount is unknown and who knows what he thinks it's worth. It does seem strange to have the auction end on Christmas eve but once again, with a reserve, it won't go for any cheaper than the minimum amount that he wants for it.

I wonder if he's somehow confusing the PTO grease fitting with a "set screw".

    That would be my guess.

Isn't there a fitting like that on the coupler? Maybe a carb jet!.....
