Need help with 05 RXP lines?

Under the rub rail on the right side towards the front of my 05 RXP there are 2 small outlets. One is blue color coded and one is orange color coded. If I follow the lines in the inside of the hood compartment the orange one is not hooked up to anything, looks like it went somewhere under the fuel tank? Any idea what this is? Is it just some type of vent?

One should be connected to the battery and the other I think is part of the fuel system.

I'd bet the battery one is off. Check into that....

One of the hose is a vent for the battery, if there no hose coming out of the batt then that what its for.

I have an everstart battery in it, maybe that is why there is no vent hole?
