Bone Stock 650 Engine - Manual?

Just picked up a virgin 650 Yamaha Engine, with carb, stator, cdi and exhuast. Everything works and operates great, 150 compression on both cylinders. My questions are:

    1. Does anyone have a manual for a 650 jetski?
    2. Is it ok to hand turn the coupler and crank it over?
    3. What can I do to start up the motor? I don't have the ebox, but I want to run it?
    4. A carburetor question: what does removing the choke plate do?

    Thanks,

    Adam

    2. Yes..
    3. Mount it to something and you will have to have an ebox...for the CDI. You can swap between the 701's ..it just has a higher rev limiter.
    4. It allows easier air flow into the engine = more power...just add a primer kit to help with starting.

On the carb do you remove the just the circular plate or the whole lever mechanism?

For the engine what should I do about fuel? Do I just manually dump some in there? And also what about cooling?
