    Sparkplug failure HELP

    today i was running my rxp x 2008 with rotax racing ecu riva supercharger upgrade , freeflow waterbox, bigger injectors etc. only the stock sparks plugs only manneged to hold on for like 2,5 hours.. and then broke/burned.. see picture.. Which sparkplug should i use.. i think the stock canot handle the heat.. .. so..??what to do now!

    If you have borescope, I would take a look at those pistons. I bet since your plugs look like that the pistons can't look too good.

    pistons are oke put in some other stock that i still had some where in my garage was running oke.. the bits whent out of.. thank god.. any option for the spark plugs?

    It looks like you burned the ground strap right off ... that generally indicates a very lean mixture and extremely high combustion temps. You need to check your AFR, you are likely very lean ... what boost and size fuel injectors are you running?

    The stock spark plugs are not the issue. I have run stock plugs with 24 psi boost no problem! It looks like you ran that thing lean. What size are your injectors?

    80lbs injecors.. dont know what afr is..

    If it was ran that lean, the OEM pistons can't take that.

    80 lb injectors with a 08 rotax racing ECU? are you sure they are 80's?

    These are the correct injectors to be running with the 08 Rotax Racing ECU

    this is what the gy from the shop sended me

    1st option
    Mix kit-$799
    Injectors 50lbs-$149.99 each

    2nd option
    Computer-$1499
    Injectors 80lbs-$169 each

    Depending on which one you choose that price has to be added to the numbers above with all the other items you have chosen.
