    WTB or Barrow Sea Doo Driveshaft Tool

    Does anyone have a Sea Doo Driveshaft Tool, that would like to sell it??? Or does anyone would like to rent, me the Sea Doo Driveshaft Tool??? I would only need it for a few days, I will pay for shipping both ways and pay for rental...

    You really don't need it. Many have pulled back the collar without one - I place a block of wood under the drive shaft and use two screw drivers to pull it back and have someone else remove the c clip. Leave the pump on or the shaft will move - I made a simple plate that pushes the shaft in a little instead of using the pump. Add a little lube

    Above is a thread with some how-to info. I just did mine about 2 weeks ago. My floating ring was stuck and I had to muscle it some to get it off there. Used some lube to get it moving after 5 years!

    Thx for the tip... I'm having a hard time getting that stainless steel collar push back to expose the c-clip...
