    help with finishing winter project

I am trying to build a 75 mph relaible ski.

    I have a 2004 rxp
    rxpx supercharger
    external intercooler
    42lb injectors
    4in intake
    through haul exhaust

What do I need to finish my project?

I am looking to finish project with the least amount of money.

To run an x charger with an external intercooler, you'll need to get a rrfpr. And to run the thru-hull exhaust, you'll need to get opas block offs. And depending on where your rpms are at, you'll either need to tweak a 14/19 or put on a 15/20 impeller. I'm sure you'll be going a bit faster than 75 with your planned setup.

Depending on where you ride you can drop the 42's and get and rrfpr and stick with the stock 38's. Or just use the 42's with an rrfpr. You will also need OPAS blockoffs, a 15/20R prop, and I would pick up an intake grate.

Thanks guys. Was planning on pick up the 20/15 prop and opas block offs.

Is that rrfpr hard to install? Does it need alot of adjusments?

You only have to set it once. Only way you would adjust it is if you had a wide band to measure your air to fuel ratio. Even then you should only need to adjust it if your conditions varied greatly.

It's quite easy to install. Your setup is a proven setup. Set the base pressure at 60 psi and you are good to go.

Here's the instructions if you want to look over them

i just installed the rude rrfpr and honestly the hardest part was trying to get my glovebox out so i could get to the tank/pump. you will also need a wideband 02 sensor so you can adjust the fpr dont know if you have one of those yet but you cant really get it right w/o one. as far as adjustments if you ride in 90+ heat in the summer and 50's in the winter it may take some minor adjustment when the seasons switch but shouldnt need to much. just watch the gague

    intercooler piping

oh one other problem i have.

I bought an external intercooler off craigslist. The guy sent it without any piping or hoses.

Any recommends on the best place to pick up a complete kit of the pipes and hoses I need? The cheaper the better.

    Thanks Patrick

You can get 45* bend aluminum pipes off Amazon. Couplers and t-bolt clamps can be purchased from Silicone Intakes. Use the stock water lines for the IC.
