yamaha super jet 550 standup pros and cons

    yamaha super jet 550 standup
    Dual carb k&n flame arrester
    dry pipe

AND i already know whats wrong with it befor i started really looking around one of the butterflys doesnt open as much as the other so in theory that would cause the engine to run sluggish and make people want to park it and forget about it right?

for about ehh 100 or so is it a deal? its been sitting for 9 years so its not pretty but is it a good starter jetski for a 15 year old kid?

I noticed they have a tendency to drop you like a rock so would a bilge be a worthy upgrade incase it flips? save it from sinkin ya know

What are the pros and cons of these jetskies any upgrades i should adress before i ride
