    Intake Manifold Help

    Hi Guys -

    I'm trying to get the intake manifold out, I've done my research within the forum and i'm almos there, the thing is that the manifold won't to get out with everything out of the way, any help is very apprecciate.

    Its sitting on two tiny location pins,if all the fixings are out and clamps loose they might be holding it in there

    If its not loose pry it with caution towards you, carfully, pins are between faces in with gasket,

    Not a problem.... Be carefull only pry with caution and straight off the pins are tiny and might get damaged if your heavy handed,

    Btw .. You will love this mod when done, just tested mine yesterday, loved it but the zero degree temps cut my play time short lol

    Wow Hydro that's pretty damn cold, Here is summer all the time but haven't ride like 2 months ago. I can get the manifold out. Have to check. The 2 brckets from the J pipe must be out?

    See the two brackets sticking out in the picture with a round hole and a rectangular hole? Those have to be unbolted either from the block or the manifold.

    SHObiz nailed it. I was going to suggest the same thing. Those two bolts are easy to miss.
